Basic info about the retreat
For whom? All interested in mindfulness & consciousness
Why? To awaken to the present moment, to hear the wisdom of the higher consciousness, to align with one’s own Life purpose, and to start enjoying ‘The nectar of Life’!
By offering a package of Mindfulness practises and a mixture of Ayurvedic and Jungian modalities, and Yoga within ‘Mindfulness-Ayurvedic retreat’, the organizers – Singapore-based Center for Mindfulness and Slovenian energy practitioner A. Lena Klopcic (aka Lena Jung) – will invite the participants to actively address the main aspects of their being: (1) BODY / SENSES; (2) PRANA / BREATHS; (3) EMOTIONS / FEELINGS; (4) MIND / INTELECT and (5) SOUL / INTUITION / PURPOSE.
Next to the un-forgetful experience and important puzzle of personal growth and development, participants will also receive a certificate of attendance issued by Center for Mindfulness, as Globally Accredited Mindfulness Training Provider which serves also as an entry for the mindfulness teachers training.
Where? Slovenia, a beautiful green pearl in the middle of Europe - officially a part of Central Europe resting bellow the great Alps, and neighbouring the Balkan region with a doorway to the Adriatic Sea.

Tuesday, 10 June
Day 1: Arrival of Guests, registration and settle into accommodations. Welcome and introduction, followed by review guidelines and logistics. By 6 pm we adjourn for our welcome dinner.
Wednesday, 11 June
MYSELF Retreat: Mindfulness, Yoga, Shamanism, Energy work, Life Integration, Freedom
Theme: Disconnect to Reconnect with a Focus on Our Beautiful Body & Mother Earth
Our day begins connecting with our body through a range of Mindfulness practices focusing on breathing techniques, yoga stretches and get intimate with our body and mind as we sit in silence. In the afternoon we dive deeper to discover our body constitution and embark on Shamanic journey. We spend the evening reflecting and musing as we journal sitting around the campfire, connecting with Mother Earth and mesmerizing at the stars.
Thursday, 12 June
SOUL Retreat: Shadow work, Oneness, Unveiling, Life Integration
Theme: Connecting to Our Higher Self | Focus on letting go
This morning our Mindfulness practices will take us deeper through the layers of our-selves as we continue to learn new breathing techniques, understanding our limitations through yoga practice, and sitting in silence as we cultivate listening and letting go. In the afternoon, the Ayurvedic journey takes a closer look at food as our consciousness and another day of Shamanic journey. We reflect and muse again around the campfire and night skies.
Friday, 13 June
HEART Retreat: Healing, Energy, Ayurveda, Reflection, Transformation
Theme: HOLISTIC WELLBEING | ONE WORLD | FREEWILL & OUR PURPOSE
We spend our final full day diving deeper to learn how to enhance and maintain our level of happiness and wellbeing. We will reflect and consolidate your insights and discoveries over the last 3 days, integrate your challenges and strengths to realize your true self and purpose. Jung’s ‘Shadow work’ will further assimilate the integration and transformation. To rejoice the emergence of your newfound purpose we will celebrate with Yoga dance – dance beyond words with Katarina Ferlin.
This will gracefully lead us to our final dinner together, sitting around the campfire for a final discussion, reflection and journaling.
Saturday, 14 June
ALIGN Retreat: Awareness, Life Integration, Growth, Nourishment
Theme: LOVE / sLOVEnia
Our last day together, we spend the morning with gratitude exercise and reflections
We will have our farewell lunch after which a visit to Ljubljana*, capital of sLOVEnia.
*According to one of the many etymological explanations, its name is derived from the word ‘ljubljena’, meaning ‘loved one’.
