Soul knows the path to Freedom

When you are aligned with your Soul, you as your whole Being are choosing the paths and making the steps towards and onto The Path --- the Path to Freedom.

Your Soul knows very well the path to Freedom but as you came here for the whole experience of Life, you are making the steps towards it step-by-step, sometimes by running, sometimes by making an additional turn, but always you are onto it. Trust your inner knowing, your inner guidance as it is coming from the Soul, hence from the Cosmic Intelligence.

You are taking this path alone, in order to feel it fully and wholesome, which is what Cosmos or the Creator really wishes for you as its beautiful Child, and as such – a part of Himself. You both – Him and your Soul – are even merrier, when on this path you share the Light you’re using for yourself to be able to do your own steps – with the others.

They too are making their steps and heading their way towards their Freedom, and in this collective process you are all each other’s lighthouses, direction-boards and pillars, you are just switching the roles according to your agreements based on your temporary needs.

And this is THE Sacred Agreement you are all respecting and following in the Eternity. You all – yes, all of you, even those who might not seem spiritual to you at this point – wish to reach the Freedom and pure white Love. Because of that and for that, you also all love each other unconditionally.

It is just that sometimes the individual steps on the path of the discovery of the Truth are shown to your human senses differently. Here we are talking about the painful experiences that you think of. But this is the thing --- you have created those in your own Illusion called Earthly Life in order to grow, expand and evolve beyond them.
Imagine your Soul in a form of an innocent and curious child experiencing the world and getting lesson after lesson from it, so that it can grow into a wonderful and confident adult, still being amazed by the beauty of life, just from a different stand-point. Now, try and embrace this image as truth for yourself. Because it is.

Even though some lessons you are experiencing seem harsh, do think of them as door-openers for what came into your Life after. It is totally the same as the saying that the sun shines after every rain, and as you know also no night has lasted forever, and at some point daylight came. In this ‘light’ also your own path of revelation is taking place – the path taking you to Freedom, which your Soul knows very well! 🙂

Look outside too!

You should look outside so that you get the sense of what’s within – as an Observer.

When you see what is outside of you, you are getting information of what is currently within you too. If you find your outer world nice, then this shows that you’re holding also such inner place, and when you find the outer place a bit chaotic and disturbing even, well – then it’s the time to do some inner work.

But don’t get frustrated about this; rather you can be grateful for the information you got and understood, provided to you as an Observer, because now you can change your shoes for those of the Agent of change, and we bow to you for that!
Now, we know that it is not always that simple; moreover – it is more often not that simple in the 3D creation. But this again is THE milestone for you, being offered an opportunity to cross that dimensional line. Even when you witness an act of cruelty (which Lena for example did just recently), you can choose how you will react to it and what will your role be.

If you chose to react with understanding poured with the biggest possible portion of love that you can create in that moment, your reaction will – if not right away then a bit later – lead to outcome that will be in higher vibrational frequency that if you would react from impulse and in rather more primitive way. Grace, let’s say, always gives birth to softness, and hence another form of love. It is just how it is.
And when the Sun seems the strongest, the Moon brings in the purest freshness. So, do remember -- if the Solar Energy sometimes burns you it will be the Lunar Energy that will nourish you. But you will remember both, and they are both outside you and within you, Dear One.

Why is going to your Heart so important?

When you are in your core-being and you do things that you love doing, you feel wholesome and you carry your smile in its most authentic form.

When you are doing and creating things that are bringing you this feeling of your life purpose or when you get this deep and wholesome feeling of ‘mission accomplished’ after you finish a certain activity or project, when that big smile on your face feels sooooo very good, when your heart pulse is singing in the high octaves…, well then you are indeed living the most beautiful version of yourself.
And this – THIS EXACTLY! – is what you came for, wonderful Friend. And then you are creating from life THE LIFE.

Play, Dear One, play! Play with your friends, play with your kids, play with your pets, play alone, play with Life, PLAY! Laugh with others and laugh with yourself. Learn new things in fun and playful ways, and you’ll see how the new knowledge will just sink in with no stress.
When you are in your core-being, when you go to your Heart – then you are in full awareness of YOURSELF. And you can always find a way to make life joyful and playful --- every day, even! For sure, you have a chance for that. We wish for you to use it.

A message from The Source…

You are an eternal, limitless form of Life and that is why You have such a strong will and power that you (can) radiate inwardly and outwardly, Dear One.

All forms of life are eternal, but those which share no fear – not even in transience – are also limitless. When you are flowing with Life, you are actually pouring and bathing yourself in the elixir of Life. You literally are!
In such state you can also notice how easily and naturally it is for you to help also others to do their own steps in this regard. (For Lena, for example, that meant that she takes Yoga Teachers Course. 🙂)

And then you might not even notice anymore that you’ll do further steps with serving the collective, becoming a teacher of some sort or a healer or some other kind of ‘Human-Lighthouse’. And you might not even notice when you’ll start doing the acts like the great master, an Avatar you call Jesus, has been doing – washing the feet of his students.

Trust and have faith that you are giving to the others and onto the world, is showing your trust and faith into Life itself. Let this be seen through the goodness and love, which is being ‘uploaded’ to the eternal Love as we speak.

In Patience, there is Love

It is true --- Love lies in patience, Dear One.

Be patient and the results will follow. Love, flowing thru you and pouring you, is immense and beyond any measurements. As the Human Life functions within time-dimension, so is the patience a crucial element of the life as you know it, and has – hence – its own purpose as well the magic. Allow it to bring you the magic too, Dear One.

We know that some times that is easier for you and sometimes it can be more challenging, but we would like you assure you that you keep this in mind especially when times are harder for you, because you will – by default – make them slightly easier.

When the thing you wish for – let it be romantic love or a permanent home or a degree, a good job or anything else – will manifest in physical, you will be in the 7th Heaven! 🙂

However, do know also that your wishes are usually granted already when you think about them, and then the more often you revive them, and the bigger the divine mission and purpose behind them gets, the closer they are to their materialization.
That is why it is worth to train the patience, Dear One.

The Creator is within You!

Creator – you can call him Krishna, Brahman, Universe or however you want – is indeed within you. He walks with you, and is holding you – when you are aware and when you are not. He is there for you non-stop, Dear One.

You are an essence of Him when you walk this Earth, and when you transition you become a part of The Whole or The Holy even more so. You will become a part of The One, from which you currently feel – when you are not in your Dream state – de-attached. So, yes (!) --- you are more awake when you are sleeping! 🙂

When experiencing the Earthly life, your Soul is trying to find her way from fog to the sun, and you are doing it perfectly – even though you are not all in the same track, but you are all in the right tracks for your own growth and development. Each and every one of you.

On this path you are taking, the Light Beings are walking next to you and are whispering and sharing the truths with you – if you are open to receive them. And when you are and you do receive them, they appear so very familiar. Because you know them, and you share them when you are in (only) your Light Body too.
And whichever body you are in – being psychical or light – you have certain to do-s --- to do-s that are enriching you as a Soul, as a part of the Creator. As a Creator. So see, even Gods have to do-s! 🙂

And as it goes for you, we are flagging you to be open to receive the hints and guidance on your path. They come in a subtle way, but if you at some point get too dis-connected to your own Spirit, the Divine Ping will become more obvious. And when you start seeing the Divine signs, Life becomes so very joyful and wholesome, we promise you.
Remember -- You are the Creator, Dear One. Yes, You are.

Life is a constant movement

Even when you don’t know (or at least you think you don’t know) where you are going, you are moving, Dear One.

If you just take a minute to observe your life, you can realize right away how very dynamic it is. And that is why it even exists! That goes for your conscious and unconscious level.
Trust us when we tell you that your life – the life YOU are creating! – is perfect for you and even if you feel unhappy with it, it IS perfect for your ‘Here and Now’ Reality, because it gets you going. It is moving you and you are creating the movement, and by that you are creating --- well, your own life!

You are actively working on all levels of your being, and even when it seems that you are not moving on the conscious level, you are moving more actively on the unconscious one. But when you are present in your breathing in every breath even, then you get more connected to your Spirit, your Soul. And the Angels are right there with you.

So, it is so very important for your Soul and your Being that you are in the ‘Here and Now’ Reality, and we would like to ask you not to minimize the meaning of this. You being where you are, is so so so very important. We could not stress this more, and you will know it yourself when you leave the psychical body. Just don’t hurry with that, as your perfect time for the great Transformation will come – well, in the perfect timing! 🙂

So again, even when life gets really hard, try to remember this: YOU ARE HERE AND NOW EXACTLY FOR THIS EXPERIENCE. Moreover, when you don’t like some situation – could be traumatic and/or very painful --, you are actually resisting it (just by not liking it), and this resistance gets you moving.

The movement might not be visible from the outside (let’s say in creating some projects or activating itself in physical) but it might be inwardly when you are taking the deep inner battle in this resistance process. And no matter what the outside outcome of it looks like, you are the WINNER. You are the Winner of another chapter in this GRAND-LIFE. And that matters. Trust us on this.

Every Day is a DAY in capitals!

Every day is THE DAY, Dear One.

Wet, snowy, sunny, cloudy, warm, cold, foggy or something in-between --- just about every day is a Gift. And it is up to you if you take it as your own gift too. As many days you will turn into gifts, as the whole present of life for you will become bigger.

You can fill the days with the things you love doing – whatever that is, the most important thing here is that it comes from your Heart. That you are really ‘doing YOU’, and that it is so each and every day.

This is the most important thing in this ‘Here and Now’ Reality that you came into to get to understand and embrace exactly this. When you are then even living it fully, you are releasing out there all the magic you are holding within; all the potentials and creativity you are bringing and you want to share with the World.

This is no small thing. This is BIG!
This is actually the biggest thing in the life you are creating, and by making it real, you are actually realizing YOU. And this is why your Soul came into the physical Body, Dear One. Your beautiful body which is serving you with its own love and intelligence while you are walking and experiencing Earthly life. Cherish it. Also by spending your Earthly days as --- DAYS.

Movement is the food for the Soul

“I am always here,” says Soul to the Human…

Yes, your Soul is always there, Dear One; even when you don’t hear her. She journeys through Life, which is sometimes more Earthly and other times more Heavenly or between the worlds, inter-dimensional. She moves between the hill-tops and among the clouds. She is moving because the movement is her food, the same way as the body needs physical intakes.

But she is always with you. Even when there is noise and chaos around you, she whispers and sings to you, she is bringing you messages in your dream state and she is inviting you to the astral journeys in which your own consciousness blends with the High(er) Consciousness.

You are always connected to your Soul, do not doubt that. But to get even more consciously connected to it, you can do some beautiful things for yourself, like eating nurturing food, in which you don’t forget to enjoy fully as by doing so you are nurturing your-self, including your body and mind, in a wholesome way.

And when you are enjoying in that, you can just think that that is the same as your Soul enjoying the movement. 🙂

Yes, imagine most beautiful shiny Diamond, Dear One.

Now, know that we see you in such a way. To us, you are as that Diamond shining in your vision. Shine and bright, hard on the outside but with the structure that it needs in order to stay in its perfect shape. You are shining even more when you are carefully polished, and that means that you are taking care of your human well-being.

When you do that, your light is bringing you the energy that you need for yourself, the world around you and people that you love. With that – best possible – energy you are uplifting everyone around you – including animal and plant kingdom -, and that is just by being YOU.

Some truths about The Truth

The Truth awaits for you and it will be waiting where you will least expect it and in a form, you would never have imagined.

Knowing that Truth is mischievous and has a great sense of humour, she is also full of surprises. She also likes to play ‘hide and seek’. ☺ That is actually the main part of her character!

She is more than just the knowing; she is an inner anchor that is bringing FREEDOM.

She is an entrance to the Eternity, a key to joy and wisdom; she is a daughter of LOVE itself. She gives you the Kiss of Life, a kiss literally full of life; hence she is bringing you aliveness.
And she can do that while you are in shock because you didn’t expect to meet her in certain timing nor in a certain shape and form, so that she can have some fun time with you and she enjoys even more so when you are laughing with Her.

She is within you and with you, and she wants to inspire also others; as she just loves seeing herself being duplicated and multiplied. That is why she is inviting you to open that door – the door of your Heart. You can open them fully, as there is no cold there and danger is just an illusion.
Truth is an Absolute and as such – cannot be demolished nor feared. You are the Truth, and the fear does not exist.

Be as Water!

Be as Water; go and flow with the River of Life. Be the Flow of Life! Enjoy its power – fully!

That is exactly why you are here, Dear One. So that you can notice the small yet so very beautiful flowers of life bursting at the edge of the River of Life --- a River in which you are as its flow. You notice them even when it seems that Life is pushing you onto the river rocks – those very big ones too! And despite or in spite of that you see the beauty of those little flowers. Not only see them, but even smell them. Yes, even when you experience Life throwing you all around, and having no control of it!

But then, do know that every wild flow eventually calms, and the river is still the same River. And believe us also when we say to you that it is still so so so very worth the ride. Once you will look back or if you can do that already now – you will see that. Very clearly even.

Trust and release yourself. When you do that, you become soft(er), and when you are soft(er), you are flexible, and when you are flexible you can turn into flow of the River, and as River you don’t feel the hardness of the river rocks, but you just feel them being, while you pass them. You pass them as soft yet determined Water.
Be as Water, Dear One. You have this ability, just use it. You have everything you need. Everything. You came here fully equipped, and you will leave this place enriched. Trust that.

What is the Truth?

The Truth (or at least one of them) is that everything you create becomes your creation and is hence – your Truth. Partially, it is also the Truth of the Others – those you are connected to and you have done the Soul agreements with, so that you evolve and expand together.

But as you can see that, you more often than not are not experiencing fear in your Dream state, but rather you are observing and accepting realities there with genuine curiosity. We would tell you to try and do the same in your awake state (we won’t go into details here on which of those two is in fact real dream and awake-state 🙂). So, be curious and open also in the Reality of your ‘Here and Now’, because that is your pure natural state. You are a child of the Universe, and as such you carry this pure and innocent curiosity which can help you enjoy your Life with openness and joy.

On the other hand, you are getting to know yourself better when in Dream state. You are getting to know yourself as THE TRUTH, you see? Nothing can frighten you there; it can just bring out your curiosity.

Or if that is not the case, next time when you’ll be journeying in the Dream Land face the potential scary thing with the attitude of not being afraid because the thing is in YOUR DREAM, where you are holding the magic stick. Yes, you are. As in Life.

As the Creator, you are hence genuinely interested in Life, and because of that you are interested in how it looks, living as the Creation itself and in the Created Reality. But then this is all YOU. That is the Truth. Or at least one of them. 🙂

So, the Truth is the essence of Life, so YOU ARE THE ESSENCE OF LIFE. That is why also in the Dream you sometimes experience death or dying, but you still stay alive. Because there is no such thing as death. It is just the believe in the physical death of a certain part of life. But Life doesn’t die. It can’t. because it’s LIFE. And so YOU ARE TOO. YOU ARE THE TRUTH, Dear One. It is so simple.

You are here to share love and knowledge

You are here first of all – for yourself. To share the knowledge you have, and by doing that – to share love. And to come to the stage to get to know the pure and unconditional love.

You are here as the Creator – doing your work for the evolution of Life. For its expansion that goes into eternity. That what might hurt and you would call pain is taking you to find the ways how to exit the pain, and the only way is actually the Path of Love.

So, how could you be receiving even more Love, Dear One? Your pain is at the same time your own Love, but you can also choose to transform it into loving and pleasant experiences – not only the hurtful-ones.
Your growth out of the painful states is your own Power, and your own Power is Growth. Trust. Be YOU. You are perfect. Yes, you are.

Chose to share your knowledge, get yourself onto the Path of Love. Now, maybe you’ll say that you need ‘that and that’ in order to act in that direction, but then we would tell you --- create what you need!

If you want freedom of any sort (like financial, relationship-related, etc…) for yourself, choose it. If you want love in romantic terms, open yourself to it. If you miss having a good friend, the same! The question is just what you wish for and why. It is really simple, believe us.

If you feel there is a barrier between you and something that you wish for, it is you putting that barrier there for some reason. And then you will take the time to work on it so that you are ready to get your wish fulfilled. Again, it is simple. Everything has its reason and purpose, and it is always for your own good.

Of course, you can always pivot from one point to another if something feels more right, and that is for the clarity that is needed. And nourishing your own wellbeing, your own intuition as inner guidance is crucial. But then even if you don’t do the practices that are supporting you in that, it is also the reasoning for that (that you are not doing them), so again --- it is all good. 🙂

But do know, Dear One, that it is you and you alone holding the power of your own life in your hands. Nobody can’t take that away from you. Nobody.

What is 2025 bringing?

Love, love, and even more love! J Love is being poured and spread around the whole humanity and the whole planet Earth as we speak.

But then it is up to you if you’ll receive it. Nobody can force you to feel the love. However, we do assure you that love is being poured and spread around the whole humanity and the whole planet Earth as we speak, and it is up to you how you will transform it – into what kind of forms and shapes, what kind of qualities and even quantities.

If you look upon your life in this Reality from some distance, as an observer, you can already detect the forms and shapes of love being offered and served to you. You can even see how full your life is if you allow yourself to take a wider look without judgement. So see – it is up to you, how you experience this fullness or even wholeness; do you even feel it? Take time to reflect on this.

Once you will do that, allow yourself to open up to more love to come in. And also – the heaviness you might have been feeling (or you still are) is there as an opportunity to recognize the Light(ness) when it will come in for you.

Pst! We’ll share a secret with you – it’s already there, you just need to see it. That is why the heaviness or the darkness got in first – so that you are able to recognize the Light, Dear One! Without the first, the counter-part could not be seen at all, you see.

You already have love; moreover – you ARE Love, and if you are not feeling it you are still exploring that part of your Being, that part of Creation. Further on, when Love is not recognized then it usually doesn’t come back in, in a tangible form so easily, as it needs the magnetism for its sparkles.

We don’t want to doom you in the understanding that when a person doesn’t feel loved, love is not being magnetized in the desired form and so (a person) will never get it. Not at all! We just want you to realize that you already have love and are loved, and when you will step into this realization with full awareness, you will also experience love in a desired tangible form. Yes, it is so simple. 🙂

You see, Love is all that is, and as such an essence it works also through all of you, so in every action you do (no matter how big or small it is) love works for the activity needed, for the ‘target’ of action (being it a person, a being of other kind or a subject) and also – for you, yourself as an action-maker. Love simply cannot flow through someone without leaving a large part of its essence in One’s own Being! You are a Divine Being and how could a Divine Being not be fully and unconditionally loved?

You are here for a reason, Dear One!

You are here for a reason. A big reason. This reason is -- you. Yes, YOU!

For us, the reason is simple --- you came into this human experience to develop you, yourself. To grow, evolve and expand with everything that you are experiencing, as you are experiencing all there is as a Creation and Creator itself.

As an aspect of Creator you are open for the higher vibrational energies, and at the same time you are vibrating as an ‘Earthly Being’. You are a child of Mother-Father Universe, and by trusting yourself and in yourself, you trust the Universe, and that is the highest possible form of Love you can offer.

You are invited to go within, and check how you are – especially when you are experiencing a dynamic in your life. Check if you recognize the peace and quietness in your own inner-space. Do you feel at home when you turn inwards?

You are invited to journey within as often as possible, as you will nourish your authenticity by doing so, and why would you not be living an authentic life if you have come so far, right? Of course we know that this is sometimes very hard for humans but we assure you that only authentic living will bring you the highest possible quality of Life. Again, we know that due to the patterns and life circumstances you have (co-)created it is sometimes unbelievably hard to be authentic but that doesn’t need to prevent you from visiting your Heart – the most important sacred place you can actually visit in the galactic (not only planetary) terms. J You are always welcome in your Heart Space.

Some people come, some leave...

As you have already experienced in your own life, some people come in and stay, whereas many also leave. There are also those who might drop-in just for something you would call a blink of an eye, but still they leave a mark on your life.

This stop-over could even be so very short that you might even have trouble remembering those people’s names, but still there is ‘that something’ that keeps you able to remember their essence – the energy they brought in. If you are wondering about that for what-ever-reason, maybe because it might be even hurtful for you to have so limited connections and not being able to make them a long-standing ones, let us comfort you when we tell you that that is exactly the point of such quick-paced encounters, and those ‘drop-in people’ are actually doing what they are supposed to do, having an agreement of such kind with you. When we say an agreement we literally mean that in a way that this works for both sides – so you as well are doing your part of the deal when you are playing your role in those encounters.

You might wonder further what is the point of such quick stop-overs in general, and here we would like to invite you to think about the lessons learned from the experiences those encounters brought for you. If we exaggerate for the purpose of giving you an example – Jesus too ‘stopped’ on Earth only for brief 33 years, and has left a mark for billions of humans’ lifetimes, right? So you might make an ‘application’ of some strong short-term personal encounter on your own life in the ‘Here and Now’ Reality.

You might wonder further what is the point of such quick stop-overs in general, and here we would like to invite you to think about the lessons learned from the experiences those encounters brought for you. If we exaggerate for the purpose of giving you an example – Jesus too ‘stopped’ on Earth only for brief 33 years, and has left a mark for billions of humans’ lifetimes, right? So you might make an ‘application’ of some strong short-term personal encounter on your own life in the ‘Here and Now’ Reality.

More in general – you are always and constantly learning. Even only with the acquaintances or even those whose names you’ve forgotten. Because learning is the only constant thing in your life, and that goes not only for this Reality but for the Eternity.

But then, Life brings you also various and different teachers, and they too leave a mark on you or not really. It is your choice if you want to keep some teachings (or a Teacher) close or just dismiss the things you are not resonating with. In the Teacher-Learner relationships too, you will get inspired or not; some teacher(s) will inspire you with something, some with something else, and some you will simply forget.

Again, it is up to you what you will take for yourself. But you are doing good; we can see that.

How to address the unpleasantness?

The unpleasantness comes in as a signal that something needs a correction or some pivoting.

We are aware that in human a lifetime (as some of us were humans too! J) more often than not you experience unpleasantness caused by different experiences, and also more often than not you get them as something beyond your control. That is why they even occur as unpleasant – otherwise they would most likely not be even sensed, as you would go with the (favourable) flow already when in action.

Nevertheless, we would like to acknowledge that also less pleasant experiences are to be addressed in a loving manner, because they – even though it might seem paradoxical to you – came in as a part of a loving mission for you. Only when one is capable of addressing them from the highest possible vibrational point – meaning with love and care, only then one can see the bigger picture and the opportunity for self-growth and expansion exactly thanks to the unpleasant experience.

And on the other hand, some unpleasantness’s aim is actually to get a person to protect her sacred personal space when that is needed. We know that you are being over and over asked not to develop and string to attachments but in this case we are talking about your personal space as a sacred space containing your own Soul energy. And when you are stabilized within that sacred space, it is not hard to keep the energy in your core vibrant. That is why some of you from time to time receive some sort of invitations (yes, those can come in in the form of unpleasantness we talk about in this transmission) to protect this energy core.

Now, you don’t have to do much – you don’t need to panic, far from that. You can simply put your awareness onto that. You can accept the ‘invitation’, understand it, embrace it and accept it with gratitude. Then imagine

putting a Love-Coat around yourself and at the same

time send that energy of love to the message and even the form in which it came – whether it was a nightmare (as sometimes with Lena) or out-of-body experience (again, as with Lena) or it was an unpleasant situation at some social event or just in a local store.

If you’ll be able to do that you will most likely get the wider understanding of the reasoning behind a certain unpleasantness. In some cases, you might also be serving others to resolve their own issues or even bigger struggles (like in one of Lena’s night journeys when one Woman’s Soul wanted to be eliminated in the dimension where she was wandering for far too long), and you are not necessarily consciously aware of it. And also if there is perhaps a fear involved in the whole (unpleasant) experience, you should also just be reminded that fear is actually a very reasonable feeling as it usually brings forward certain agency or personal activation, and – as said – that births then an outcome that is supportive to someone. If not to you directly then to someone you have served too, but then you are being rewarded by the enrichment of the experience too, so you can easily congratulate yourself for that. 🙂

Just knowing that no situation is fixed and static is enriched knowing, isn’t it? J And as you know --- just about everything changes all the time, including the feeling of fear or on the other hand the feeling of fearlessness, which is being tested from time to time as well. It is all well. Be sure of that.

No rush needed as you will accomplish everything!

Even though you have a feeling that you need to rush some things, you really don’t need to. We promise you.

You came to the ‘Here and Now’ Reality in perfect timing. We literally mean that --- in PERFECT timing. Hence, everything you need to accomplish, you will accomplish.

You might recall that in some cases when you were rushing things as you were acting from your (ego)mind, the developments didn’t go in the desired direction or they didn’t provide the results you were expecting, right? That is because – as hinted – you were acting from your ego-mind.

But when you put your awareness and way of doing things into the place of your Soul - into the Heart area, then you start trusting more into the Universe and Life itself, hence in your own Self. And then you might not even notice that the fruits of action are falling from the Tree (of Life) without investing so much (usually forceful) energy into the action itself.

So, do trust us when we say: everything happens in the Divine time, and the same way you (on Soul-level) have chosen the timing of your human birth, the same way your life achievements will be achieved. Again: you will accomplish what you came in to accomplish. There is no other way. That is why you came in.

We so so so wish you to know how powerful your Soul is, hence how powerful YOU are. Trust in that and you will see your accomplishments. It is so simple.

Every Soul is immensely important!

The following message came after Lena’s Ayurvedic work in late 2024 for Sudanese refugees based in Kampala, Uganda.
Every woman and man here – not only in this Realm, but concretely here in Uganda – is important. As a part of the Ultra-Soul they are nothing less but immensely important even!

‘They’ are all with you; they are all watching, and they are all joyful. The White Angels. The carriers of Love. Love itself.
Everything is connected, every single thing is a part of the Divine net. Whatever is happening in one part of your planet, it is felt as a vibration in the other part, felt by all incarnated Souls on Earth.

Vibration is in motion all the time. (How could it not be – being a Vibration, right?) Vibration forms EVERYTHING. Vibration of Love and Love of Vibration. Let it be expressed, let it come to its full Life! You are (all) contributing to it. To Vibration as it is. So, thank you.

The awakened ones leading the way to aggression decline

We are so delighted to see that human consciousness is higher, more vast and deeper, which reflects also in getting the human plane to less and less conflicts. The awaked ones are leading a civilization, which you feel as your current one, there.

When you are realizing this and you are being even more immersed into this new Reality, you are even stronger in leading your other co-fellows there. Some of you might feel more connected to some of the other embodied Souls, which means that you are most likely coming from the same planet and dimension with a joint mission to take an active role in this Earthly transition process.

However, you all are helping each other grow and develop, just some of your methods and tactics are different, and hence you – as humans - are experiencing them differently, with different emotions. One scene in a lifetime brings you something, the other one something else, but that is exactly what is bringing you your own personal rainbow.

As humans living this Earthly Reality, your Souls are enriched also with the animal spirits which you are carrying and not only you are living their virtues as even more expansive version of your own Being but also they have an amazing opportunity to live through your human experience. This way they are also getting vibrational uplifts and Love which is omnipresent.

You might not even be aware of it but with this agreement with animal spirits you are sharing more of yourself and your unconditional love than to some other embodied co-fellows. Even those who you might say, you admire and adore.
Don’t forget – you are getting Truth in pieces, like in puzzles but it is up to you how much of the puzzle-picture you are ready and willing to see in certain moment. It is your take.

You are in charge!

What do you want to offer to yourself, Dear One?

It is completely and fully up to you when and how you will reach the Stars. But you will reach them, as this is the only reason why you decided to take part in this living experience. The Stars are shining for you.

Remember that you are a spark of the Universe, and so you are a Star yourself too! When you are fully aware of this, you shine even brighter. You shine for and to yourself and you shine to the others, and you are reminding them that they are Stars as well. That they too can glow in the dark.

When you are aware of this, you instantly become a Star that awakens the others and we really want you to know how big this is. This brings life to Life and it carries forward what need to be carried forward.

You - yes you! – are the Star who glows and smiles, shines and laughs heartily when looking at her human version – the version which transmits her glow and light on Earth.

You are a child of the Universe and Mama Gaia. You are Love and Light. You deserve Love and Light. You are getting Love and Light. This is YOU yourself, you see? Remember, little shiny Star? You are the Eternity in a human dress. (Beautiful dress, by the way! ☺) Just remember.

The following messages came after Lena’s visit to Egyptian Pyramids in late 2024. They too were transmitted through The Drops.

Message #1

When One is taken to Egypt to visit the Pyramids, One knows that there is a bigger purpose behind just another travel. Exactly here is where in the current ‘Time-Space Reality’ human civilization – the big Human Story began.

In the beginning – if we consider the linear time for human experience – there were also ‘others’ – the non-humans present, and they too came here with their own striving to evolve. So then you and they made an agreement that you will support each other in this process, as you have clearly shared the interest. When you have made an agreement you were aware of your differences, and so you were also aware that this support in your own evolution will come also in the form of pain and suffering.

Now you are closer to your number one question “how can one human cause so much pain and suffer to the other”. Do you remember the bigger picture, Dear One?
Even if it is not completely clear yet, it will reveal itself to you – when you are ready. But do know that within the whole process you as an individual also grow and evolve constantly. Moreover, you – as an individual and as a part of the collective with your incarnated co-fellows – are increasing planetary consciousness, collective consciousness, collective Love, Universal Love, and by doing that you are actively and constantly contributing to the Expansion of the Universe.
You might re-collect that every expansion requires tension and rebound, meaning that One has to step a bit further away from the starting point to be able to expand. Sometimes even very far away. So now, you are all in a very intensive come-back to your Core, your inner Being, your Father, your Home.

Even if the path is sometimes felt as unpleasant or even frightening, we encourage you to not be scared. All will be well, we promise you. Let the finding of puzzle-pieces of the Truth not frighten you. You are safe. You are powerful and magnificent.

You are all taking part in Life and its expansion and evolution. The Pyramids are portals of Life, satellites for your own human planetary home and the connections with other planets in the Universe. Because it is all ONE.

This Truth is in-built in all of you and it is your choice if you will decide to do the exploring of it – if you will dive into the mission of its revelation layer by layer.
A start is to live your life authentically, as only so you will really become the truth of The Truth. Only authenticity brings One to become aware of ALL that is, and being a part of it. Actually you already are that, but you decided to find this out all over again and in a new way.

Exploration leads to finding, and finding leads to a jump in the Life Evolution, but without exploration and findings brought by it, there are no new acknowledgments – acknowledgments as a result.

In this process, every pyramid forms a triangle of Father, Holy Spirit and Son, and no process can be done without this triangle. Do you understand? The Pyramid actually represents all there is. She is Creation and Creator, she co-creates and she IS. She observes, acts, gives and receives. She leads and foresees. She expands and deepens. She hears and sees. Just by BEING. As Life itself. Life in which you all – and we mean literally ALL – ARE.

Yes, it is true --- the Truth is already in you, and you are living this Truth every time you are YOU. Full YOU. Nothing more, nothing less. You as authentic you, clear and pure you.
In such a state you have the ability to see very clearly, what are The Truth and The Life we are talking about here. When there is Truth in place, there is also Life in its wholeness and not just its experiential part, even though the experiences are in fact leading to eventual wholeness of Life. This too is necessary – even crucially necessary! – but this you already know by now if you are reading this message.

Let the layers and nuances to your own wholeness be revealed one by one, as this is bringing you closer to the Source, closer to ending the Samsara as the indefinitely repeated cycles of birth and death, and entering Nirvana, liberation.Life is eternal, never-ending and soooo vast and rich. If you imagine a dragonfly-bugs spending their evolution time under the water, and not knowing or even being aware of what is above the surface --- you can realize that once a buggy is transformed into a dragonfly, she comes out of the water, she then even amazes herself with her own wings, wings that can take her anywhere as they are made for flying.

You are invited to live your Life open-eyed and with wide inner spirit. Nothing bad can happen, trust in that. And the Pyramids are grateful for every heartbeat that comes cherishing them. They are builders and guardians of time and space as you know it living in this chosen Reality. They are observing not only you and human life on Earth but also overall Earthly Life. They feel and beam. They are and they will be. Because everything is happening within one point. The point of EVERYTHING and of ALL THERE IS.

You all are in this same point, it is only your own Reality that is changing, because you – as a carrier of Life – are creating these dynamics. See – you are directly creating Life! So, LOVE, Child, LOVE!

A pyramid is a womb of humanity, it is a portal of the first Earthlings, ‘Time-Watchers’, thumb for a body, thus an active explorer of human evolution being interested in all its levels --- physical, emotional, spiritual, energetical.

Pyramids are the embodied process of a human lifetime. The mountains are pyramids too. That is why also people knew that mount-tops are also energetical points, and on many they were called to build churches.
So, yes, do feel the power of the pyramid when you reach the next mount or hill-top, Dear One. 🙂

What do Dreams have to do with the manifestation?

First of all, the Dreams are giving you downloads from the unique library of Wisdom and Experiences. These are also memories dropping into your awareness drop-by-drop, so that you can not only handle them, but also acknowledge them.

By proper acknowledgment and we could also say management, the dreams are making you stronger and firmer as a Being of Life in the ‘Here & Now’ Reality. Let us also note that there are more realities than this one, and even though it feels that this one is the strongest one, the acknowledgments from the other realities are bringing you the knowing and awareness that there is more than just this reality that you feel yourself most. On the other hand, exactly this knowing is bringing you also the awareness and even responsibility that the most important thing for your life in ‘Here & Now’ is to feel it as fully as possible, and to be present in it as much as possible.

When living according to this knowing, you are showing respect and you cherish this chosen Reality, and by that you are respectful and graceful to your own decision to choose this Reality, and with that you are actually cherishing and

recognizing you yourself as a co-creator, so you are bowing down to the Creator itself as well. When you are feeling yourself present in the ‘Here & Now’ Reality, you are feeling and living yourself as a Creation, and as a Creator at the same time.

The Dreams are hence reminding you that it was the idea first, and now you are feeling and living its materialized version. But do know also that you are creating promptly – on ‘the go’. As a Soul you have created a playground, in which you are playing just as you wish, and with the things that you manifest. And you can manifest just about anything.

If you want to manifest let’s say the love of your life, you can do that, and you can do that by manifesting the thing you wish that your relationship with this person would bring you – not only you alone, but to both of you, and also what it will bring to the World. By this, you are gifting yourself as the Creator, the two of you as co-creators in this process, and the World as the Creation.

Run, feel, journey, BE!

Yes, run, feel, journey, allow the movement to happen, take part in it, be present. Feel the wind, feel the water, feel the sun, feel YOU! Run, walk, BE.

Feel your Body, be with your Soul, feel that which is beyond the Body, but do know that Body too is sacred. And so is your Soul. This is YOU, dear One! It is YOU - the Soul which is moving its beautiful Body, so that she can interact through it, so that she can feel through it, so she can rise, expand and develop with it. That is why the Body is so very sacred.

Run and move with him, and be One with him despite the knowing that this is not all that it is. Cherish this period with the awareness of passing. Be good with your Body and exactly because of his transience, do care for him with full Love. Your Body is beautiful and it is even more beautiful when you love him. And when he is so beautiful and blossoming, he is responding with Love as well. Hence, be One with him in the ‘here & now’ Reality. Be ONE with him in the knowing that this is not all that is.

When you feel alone…

When you feel alone, know that this is the exact time for your growth. The exact Divine timing that you have chosen as a Soul to have less people and noise surrounding you, so that your Heart can get to its stillness.

Your Heart needs and wants alone time, which might from the human perspective, seem as loneliness but for the Soul this is the most precious time for her evolution and expansion. The only way to get to it in the purest form is within the peaceful environment. In such an environment, Heart can get to a calm, warm and wholesome state. You as a Soul will take care of the light, music and a heartfelt balm that you need!

Do not worry, as everything always flows according to the Divine plan, which you have and are co-creating, and you are fully engaged in. Moreover, you – dear One – are setting the rhythm and pace, and this is always – always! – aligned with YOU. There is a path – a path of this lifetime that you are taking, and you are making it full and non-forgetful!

So, when you feel alone, know --- you need this precious time for your growth and expansion. As per your own Soul request, dear One.

You can be anything!

Yes, we are completely honest when we say that you, dear One, can really – really! – be anything. You can step into ‘a form’ of a God or a Goddess, or you can experience life as a Human.

It might seem that the God-life experience is far more magnificent and wide, and that is so, however when you are Human, you have the gift of feeling the deepness of all feelings and emotions, you start learning from ‘zero-point’, whereas Gods don’t need teachings – especially not the ones coming from the books. So, you are actually journeying in the vast and deep ocean of experiences, and it is always up to you what kind of experience you would like to have in certain moment.

Even when you get that feeling that life is not really going your way, be sure that – it is! You have even people and beings around you who you have the agreements with so that they support you on your chosen path. You are always fully aligned with all other beings and all circumstances you are experiencing. Trust.

If you sometimes feel that you are in lack of trust (of this knowing for one thing), do the techniques and practices that will help you be in the highest possible vibration. Because you are a God(dess) too. Just remember.

Crazy, crazy, crazy Life!

When you think of Life going a bit crazy or maybe even your Dream Reality appears as a crazy, perhaps even disturbed, one, remind yourself that you came here to experience exactly that! The so- called Craziness.

Now, maybe your Dreams are appearing as disturbing as they are showing you the so-called Craziness without a filter you have turned on when in the ‘you-would-say’ awake-state. But this is so because you are ready to recognize the things that are off to you, and to act on them. Just note, how many different things you do throughout one day. Each single day. And what each single day brings you – the variety of experiences and observations.

Can you imagine how one single day with a package like that would be witnessed and handled, not to say absorbed, by some non-Earthly paratrooper landing in your ‘Here & Now’ Reality by accident? Do you think they could grasp it – the thing which is one single day for you?

Well, we think not. That is why we see you even more as amazing Beings with capacities that are just beyond anything. Indeed, you are super heroes already, and we wish you to step into the ‘super-hero-feeling’ as often as possible, and especially at the times when your Life seems a bit crazy to you.

Your Life is not only your own choice, dear One, but it is also your GIFT. You are Love and Light, and you are invited to share the Love and Light with the others, and you are doing that when you are living your GIFT with full awareness, with Love also in the crazy days – and for the crazy days. This is what you came for.

Why are you in the ‘Here & Now’ Reality?

The simple answer to this question is --- because you want to be. You are here as you have a mission, and you want to finish it.

And if sometimes life feels too hard, and you even feel that it would be easier to leave, know that exactly those kinds of feelings are a part of the very mission too! The part in which it is so very hard to go through painful and challenging experiences, and still feel Love flowing through you. But then --- only that IS, dear One. LOVE.

You are living in LOVE even when you – on your own – deny it for yourself. And you feel as you are not feeling it. Not feeling anything. But then exactly this feeling of apparent emptiness gets you to the state of being PURE YOU. When you are so empty you are so very pure and so light, that you can only release yourself. Release to Life.

And – maybe paradoxically for some – when you release yourself to Life, the LIFE you are experiencing becomes warmer and kinder. That is because of the release, and the release happened because of the emptiness when you felt as that you have nothing to lose. And when you have nothing to lose, you are de-attached from just about anything, including your own pulse, and hence you are completely free. You just ARE. And yes – YOU ARE. Finally – YOU ARE! With pulse or without it.

You are pure LOVE. You come from Love and you are returning to it. And returning to it is exactly this – being in the state of freedom and emptiness. In the state when you can again be poured with – LOVE. Because there is nothing else. You are LOVE and you are LOVED. So so so very much.

What is your Life Purpose?

Although Humans like to complicate things, the answer to this question is very simple. In fact, it is so simple it could not be simpler. If you want to have wholesome Life that will bring you clarity and knowing on your life purpose, you are invited to turn on your full awareness.

Each time you are aware of Life and each time you cherish it, the Life will cherish you back. When you are thinking or even planning your future (starting with the next day, let’s say), be present and get yourself to the awareness of how do you feel NOW. How do you feel even when planning the next day.

You can even do the practice of imagining yourself already being in that ‘next day’ and then ask yourself how you feel. How do you feel in that ‘next day’? Here lies the answer to the life purpose question too. So, how do you feel now --- knowing it? You can go further with this practice, and check in with your energy levels, your mindfulness --- how are you when you are on track with your Life Purpose? Again, how do you feel?

When you will go deep into this journey that we are inviting you to, you will receive your answer. We promise you. As we promise you that everything you do – yes, everything! – is in line with it. You are not making mistakes when you think you have wandered a bit or you supposedly lost your time with something or someone. No, you were just working on unwrapping the layers wrapped around your life purpose. Because the answer lies within you. You have placed it there because you are enjoying the unwrapping part of it, like a child enjoys unwrapping a Christmas or birthday gift.

And unwrapping each layer represents you – as a Soul – another life potential you are bringing into Life, and each new experience based on the new potential enriches Life itself. Your Life. This is your Life Purpose.

Message for the DAY and what does Bodhisattva have to do with it?

Already when writing the word DAY in capital letters, it shows how respectful you are and can be to each day. A DAY.

And this is exactly the message for the DAY. You can live it with the respect brought in with the capital letters. You can make your life LIFE, one kiss a KISS, a hug the HUG, a laugh the LAUGH. Every day can be lived as a DAY, you see. This is what you deserve by choosing the life in this incarnation.

So, we wish you and we invite you to live your life fully in all the circumstances, as those too are being staged by YOU. By this acknowledgement and living your life according it, you are bowing down to it, and you are cherishing it fully. And with that you are living Bodhisattva in you.

Remember -- you are Bodhisattva. You are Life. Feel and live the DAY. The DAY in capital letters.

With each thought, intention, act you are creating vibration – a vibration that frames your day; your day, your life and life in wider sense. Already being aware of this creates the grounds for your thoughts, intentions and acts to be good. You are a good Being and you are needed in this time and space. So, do make yourself a GOOD DAY. For you, for the others, for LIFE.

Does my Soul get tired?

In short: No. Soul is always present and only in very occasional cases she, as an Eternal One, gets tired. On the other hand, Mind and Body can get tired. Very tired even.

That is why it is so important that you do the practises that get your Mind and Body aligned with your Spirit, with your Soul. We would invite you to dance with each day and the energies flowing through it and brought by it. Your Soul enjoys in the dancing rhythms, and she is the happiest when you – as a whole Being, including your mind and body – are flexible and ‘gummy’, when you release yourself to each day, to Life, and when you trust it. Trust life and trust yourself.

Angels are always supporting you, and sending you Love, but it is up to you how open you are to receive their love and support, and how you will perceive it and transform it into the forms that you need, want and require. But in any way, you have the support coming from the Higher Realm, the support coming from the Divine, which is always flowing within you and around you.

You are in the flow of Goodness. When you trust in that, you are full Goodness, and you are doing good yourself. You feel good and far from tired. As the Soul doesn’t or very very rarely gets tired.

TRUTH and LOVE in big letters

Truth is everything.  You as individual are the truth, you as collective are the truth, and we all are the truth. Truth is the Earth, Truth is the Universe, Truth is every breath and Truth is every breath, Truth is the seemingly gap between the two.

But humans in this time and space are still more interested in the artificial truth and less in deep truth – THE Truth. In this sense, you can know that even that what you recognize as the antipode of artificial truth - and you would call this a lie - is one of the fruits of Love. In this case, LOVE in big letters.

Everything comes from Love, you see. Everything. The source is Love. And all of you, all of us together are children of Love. In human understanding, Love with much is translated into love in little appearances, which is only a very pale approximation of the LOVE in big letters. And because of the LOVE in big letters, for which you strive as human beings from the moment you feel that you are disconnected or somewhat distant from the Source - from your real Home -, you sometimes resort to the antipode of truth. Because you don't want to hurt the one you love, even if that is yourself.

Because you don't want to come off worse than you would like for yourself - because of LOVE in big letters. And this is your choice on the Path, along which gradually and slowly, sometimes even with a step back and a detour in between, you come to LOVE in big letters. By feeling the full range of

emotions that you create precisely with tools such as truths with little and their antipodes, you grow and evolve - into TRUTH in big letters. And when you recognize and recognize that all paths with little wins make up the bigger Path, which is actually the Path to the Truth, then you see that even something as highly artificial as the antipode of truth – again, something you would call lie -- is no longer needed.

Because even the small truth is so very liberating. So very refreshing. So very natural. Just as all the small paths are a part of the one Path, so the small truths are a part of the TRUTH in big letters. What you are, and what we all are.  As such we are children of the Source, children of the original Love. When you do not only see this, but also accept it deeply into your hearts and place it in the collective Heart and sail on this awareness as free beings in beautiful human bodies, Mother Earth is shining in a new collective Truth. And in this new Reality - new Dimension, the Universe is expanding further in Love. And all those little truths lead to this.

So will you choose the TRUTH, dear Human?

What are the dreams telling me?

This was the question Lena asked us just recently, and we know that it is an interesting one to address for more of you, as messages coming from the dreams are in fact very important for you in the ‘here and now’ reality.

The very straightforward answer we have delivered to Lena when she posed the question on what are the dreams telling her, was – that you are constantly moving the borders of the known. But then you are moving along with ‘moving borders’ too. In this process you are getting to know different people and other beings, you are getting new experiences which are sinking in with every moment of awareness.

In response to your humbleness, but yet beautiful dignity we are joyfully delivering you more of such experiences you as a Soul want to get. When you share openly and out loud your wish to what you want to receive – being a dream-journey full of love, or an astral get-together with the transitioned loved one or simply an answer to an open question you might have in the ‘here-and-now Reality’ – before you sink into your sleep we deliver that to and for you, because you are in tune with our Vibration. We are grateful for this opportunity – to be able to serve you in this respect. To us this is just beautiful service and we are proud and honoured servants.

In this sense, you can be assured that you are always – and we will stress this again, always! – very welcome in this world which seems as a world in a bit higher realm than your daily world. And even though sometimes it seems that your dreams are carrying the experiences from the material or ‘here-and-now Reality,’ know that these two worlds are still

functioning in somewhat different realms, and so when you are fully present in one, you are only partially present (you can imagine that with let’s say your ‘pinkie’ 🙂) in another one, and vice versa. Still, however, you get the teachings from both realms that you yourself make applicable to one or another. Remember, you are a wholesome Soul.

But then don’t worry about how the astral Reality will feel when you’ll fully enter it (by leaving the ‘here-and-now Reality’ in flesh), because it will be a lot-lot different than you are feeling it now or better -- you are feeling it through the memories you bring back from it when you wake up to the ‘here-and-now Reality’. When entering it fully, you enter it also without the emotional and bodily intelligence you are equipped with as Human.

So, for the time being we wish you, to fully feel and embrace the Reality you have embodied in – in your wholeness. Meaning, we wish you to function in the ‘here-and-now Reality’ with full awareness and your full presence. Meaning: Be fully authentic. Let this lead you in even more authenticity, and let this authenticity lead you to more Truth, and let more Truth bring you more wholesome and bigger Love. Because you are here exactly for that. Allow it to happen.

What is my Body telling me?

This was another question Lena asked us just recently, and we know that it is an interesting one to address for more of you, as you are all from time to time experiencing some kind of physical pain when in physical bodies. But before we answer, let us - again - just remind you that your Soul knowingly agreed to take this human experience. You are hence an amazingly courageous Being!

The very straightforward answer we have delivered to Lena when she posed the question on what is her Body telling her (which came after she had experienced a strong fever during the night which lasted just a few minutes but it was enough to get her full attention) was that her Body loves her and is asking her to love it back. The Body is reminding that it is always at service and will remain so until its passing.

However, sometimes Body asks for some special care or measures like cleansing, as it also wants to be lighter in order to be able to do the inner activations which are for many of you taking place in this timeline (and for Lena as well). The bodily intelligence is requiring the cleansing from time to time as the lighter body gets more easily effectively and efficiently blended with the Spirit, which brings more power into Vibration carried by such an ‘upgraded’ human being.

But then your bodies are also asking you to use them for singing, dancing, playfulness and joy as all this too raises bodily vibration itself. Actually, you embodied for this purpose exactly, remember? This is why you even have the Body. And therefore, your body loves you and will always love you. Love it back with awareness that this body that you have now is not eternal as you as a Soul are.

Your Heart - a Violin Key

Your Heart is as a violin key. It’s a Vibration and as such it co-creates the Sound of Life, the Pulse of Life, and the Life itself.

Thus, you can never be bored when you are in your Heart. And even when the mind gets bored, you can take this as an invitation to go into your Heart, to the Violin Key. Offer yourself a balm-time with the music. Blend with music; be One with it. Allow your Heart to play with the music.

You as a whole are like the violin. Not just its body – the instrument, but also its wholeness, its sound when being played. You see, the violin gets the violinist to become One with it, when his clear intention and pure Love for playing it blends with the Violin’s Spirit.

So, you see – you are as the Violin. You are beautiful. You are blessed. You are divine.

Meaning of water and its drops

Water is a base or you could also say an alkaline field, in which Life is flowing and flourishing. Water is Life; it’s a fluid Life force – a life force of the Creator and is a Creation itself. As such it is a part of you too – you, People and you, Dear One.   

When you find yourself in the water you find yourself in your full and whole awareness; you are complete and a fully functional Being. You are courageous and you are releasing yourself into the Life, which makes you joyful and playful. All this you are being shown by the water.

 But then you are also a Goddess, and you can extract the Light from the water, you can play with its drops; you can connect with them, you enjoy, you observe, you serve, you swim, you nurture and fill yourself with the water, and you are in your full Beauty and Perfection. All that you are being offered by the water as the Creator and Creation.

Why some dreams can’t be remembered?

This was the question Lena asked us just recently, and we know that it is an interesting one to address for more of you as messages coming from the dreams are in fact very important for you in the ‘here and now’ reality.

The very straightforward answer we have delivered to Lena when she posed the question on why some dreams can’t be remembered was – that this is because some things are more painful to see and to work with, and even more so when you wake up to your physical reality. It is for your own benefit in that current state. But this doesn’t mean that you didn’t do the cleansing process in your dream-reality.

Namely, everything is a path of healing, a path of full empowerment, literally everything. You are walking on the path of BEING, path of ONENESS, and path towards HOME.

Also, in your dream you are entering in other dimensions - so not only one dimension -, and as the dimensions are not all the same and hence not all equally close to the dimension you feel most strongly as the ‘here and now’ reality or dimension, so when you enter the so to say, most far-ones, then it can happen that you don’t have too good recollection of the experiences you had there.

But then your experiences in so called ‘here and now’ reality are also sometimes not clearly recollected in those other dimensions – where your Soul is experiencing life as well. We hope this is not too difficult to grasp, but let us just say that when all aspects of you – of your Soul – in all the dimensions you decided to experience are aligned in the frequency shift (not the frequency per-se as there are different frequencies needed in different vibrational environments, but the shift of those frequencies), your ascension is inevitable.

But again --- don’t worry. Nothing is being lost when the dream seems forgotten. The work in a human sleeping mode was done. Work, in this case relating to the healing process, and by that the frequency shifting. It always is. And if there is a really strong desire and with some effort (of conscious thinking about the dream right after waking up) also bits and pieces can come together, and the dream can come back to memory. Maybe as a deja-vu or even when someone says some sort of a phrase or let’s say whistles auspicious melody and that phrase or a melody triggers a message from the dream. Be open and patient.

Why the migraines, why physical pains?

This was another question Lena asked us just recently, and we know that it is an interesting one to address for more of you, as you are all from time to time experiencing some kind of physical pain when in physical bodies. But before we answer, let us just remind you that your Soul knowingly agreed to take this human experience. You are hence an amazingly courageous Being!

The very straightforward answer we have delivered to Lena when she posed the question on why the migraines (as she was just experiencing one but in a milder form, we should add) was that the migraines are there and have always been there for her. Although we are aware that this might sound even cruel (and Lena knows that we are very straightforward, especially to her) the purpose of any kind of physical pain is to call the one experiencing it to go within. To take a look inside even when one might think that he or she has already done all the (shadow) work possible. Well, there are always next layers, and by dealing with a layer by layer, there are newer and newer dimensions of one’s Being being revealed.

As ironic as it might seem, this process is being done exactly because of the pain(s), and therefore --- with their help. Again, no matter how ironic this might seem. You are living this Life with a mission to love it fully in all the circumstances, and the circumstances are from time to time spiced also with some physical or biological discomfort.

You know very well that all the days you go thru in physical form - your physical life experience, not one day can be skipped, despite the fact that their sequence sometimes contains the parts, which you would rather skip as an experience. Like the physical pain.

But then the magic of Life is that not one part of it is the same as the other, and so yesterday was different from today, and today is different than tomorrow.

Are you recognizing the blessings, dear One?

Yes, the ones flowing into your arms and heart daily! (And we laugh while sharing this with you because we can see the surprised faces of many of you.)

But the thing is – you see – that you ARE getting the blessings and the gifts from the Divine. The only reason you might still not be seeing that is that you are still on your path of alignment with your Soul Purpose, and that is okay. If you are reading this message you are making the steps towards… Well, the whole humanity is but you are all in different stages…

However, we want to assure you that the Universe is taking care of you – yes, all of you! And so you are receiving its blessings and gifts, even though you might still be wondering about that as it might be the case that your life is flowing as usual as always or maybe you are even in not so good place this very moment. But then this too is a blessing, you see!

If your life is flowy we can share with you that some people would feel more than blessed if that would be the case for them, so we invite you to recognize that for more people than not, flowy and hence less stressed life is a Blessing itself. So you can see that you are living the Blessing. Let us repeat that: you are living the Blessing.

If that is the case, you – dear One – have already reached the position where your path in the ‘Here and Now,’ and your Soul Purpose, are matching. Now, when you’ll bring this awareness into your heart, and also recognize the Blessing we are speaking of here, you’ll also align the two. But then --- this is not a fixed position, so we encourage you to stay active in this sense. Stay active in keeping your awareness awake.

On the other hand, if you are just this very moment experiencing a life struggle, do know that “this too shall pass” and that with some time, distance things will become easier and easier. In human perspective, “time does heal the wounds” but then it is up to you if you allow that and to what extend and at what pace. You are all different – even though you, or we should say WE, are coming all from ONE - and while in human form you are all experiencing things differently. Which – let us remind you – is actually the purpose of having this human experience! And you will see – we assure you – that with time, distance, and consequently lesser pain, you will be able to recognize that the struggling experience didn’t bring you only the pain, but also an opportunity to grow and expand. We are stating this from the place of love, trust us.

Still looking for wealth and abundance?

We can see how many of you, beautiful Souls, are still searching for abundance outwardly instead of looking for it within.

You know by now, that we will invite you to go within when in search, right? Yes, even when in search for wealth and abundance. Now, you might become intrigued by this as you might be in not so well-off state or have even lost an income or…, well in your current system there are actually so many ‘windows of opportunity’ that can throw you out of your balance when it comes to your social and/or economic stability that we could never be able to count them all. But then we are using the phrase ‘windows of opportunity’ here as another element of potential provocation because we indeed are challenging you to see beyond your current situation and maybe even a cage of in-security that you might have locked yourself in.

Can you imagine finding yourself literally in prison? Yes, prison – like in your movies. With only bed and a toilet in, with very limited human connections even. Now look at yourself in the current situation when trying to find the wealth and abundance which you want to use to change your position or situation. Does it feel similarly limiting in being able to really act in that direction you want to? Well, that’s no surprise to us, because it is not only limiting but it may even be impossible. When you cage or imprison yourself, you can just wait for someone to open the cage-prison for you, but how on Earth could anyone do that if it’s only you having the key?

By now you have probably somewhat guessed where we are going with this, right? Yes, the key lies within you; it lies in your inner world, somewhere in the area where you feel the passion coming when you do and create things that you love doing and creating. Go there and check with

yourself what makes your blood run; what makes your heart pulse in a joyful way, what boosts your creativity and imagination. Allow the answer to come forward and don’t put judgement on it. Instead, we invite you to look even deeper, and try and find the way, how to bring more of what you love to do and create into your daily life. Can you make that a part or even THE way to get you the wealth and abundance?

As a final message in this regard we would just ask you not to precondition it in the sense that you demand it to turn in the exact form you are envisioning this very moment, because if you are seeing now the abundance in let’s say form of a money then you will limit yourself from being able to see also all other forms of abundance, which are already there! Maybe it will come in a form where you’ll get an unexpected discount or even a complimentary service or product for some of your purchases; it may be in a form of money just lying on a parking lot as someone lost it (and you won’t know who); it may be even in a form of a new person in your life with which you will co-create a successful project or built a heart-driven company!

You got the point by now, haven’t you? (We are smiling here in the purest loving way as we know how much the Universe loves you.)

Be playful, be you!

How to live your inner beauty fully? It’s very obvious to us the non-physical beings - play! Wake up your inner child. Feel the playfulness, sincere joy, full freedom!

If it’s hard for you to let go all the heavy emotions preventing you from that, just take a breath. Stop and take a breath, yeah. And them take another breath. Feel it. Feel the oxygen, prana as the great life force flowing thru you, for you and with you. You becoming her and she becoming you. Then widen your arms, open your chest area, feel your heart beat, pause there and go into this pause. Be there. Then go into the beat. Then go into the pause again.

Feel yourself? Yeah, feel you, beautiful Soul! Your seat is right there. It never went anywhere else. Always with you, since you were born into this beautiful body, this amazing sacred vessel. Now feel the body and its Intelligence, feel the connection between your Soul and your body Intelligence.

Feel how magnificent it is, and how it’s working with you and for you. It always has and it always will, but you can choose if you want to recognize that and sit with that recognition, be present or not.

Now we ask you to do that. It’s not a big ask, but we are aware that it could be a big thing for many.

Be present. Be you, dear Soul. Play! Enjoy the magic of life as an innocent child enjoys the crystalline sand and natural water. Try that and you won’t even have to think about it when you’ll one day realize that you are living your inner beauty fully. We invite you to take this step. Take it with love for love and in the name of love.

Falling in love with authenticity

Authenticity. Something that resonates with you? Where does it sit within you?

We invite you to go in, place your awareness into your heart area first and just stay there for a while. Breathe in. Then move your attention to the area slightly above your head and stay there for a while. Take a few deep breaths. Now, imagine a cord of light connecting your heart area and the etheric core above your head and just journey with this cord from one place to another. Go within. Become that light cord.

Now think about the authenticity. How does it land now with you? Whatever comes to you, it’s all perfect. It is all exactly as it should be in this very moment. If you are recognizing that you would like to change something to become more authentic that is great because now you are aware of that and you can start another journey in your amazing life path to discover more of you. And if you have recognized that you are already fully authentic, well how wonderful it is to turn to such reminders from time to time isn’t it? In this case it is even easier to fall in love with authenticity.

By that you will become even more loving to life itself, because your own authenticity will bring you the real nectar of life – the nectar you can fully enjoy while incarnated and in this time-space mission.

And for those who feel that they are still not living their authentic selves – again, we invite you to start this journey. You won’t regret, we promise - especially when already the first steps will get you the fruits of life to cherry-pick on this path. And do remember – you always have us and many other light Beings including your own Guides with you holding the space for you. Because we all care for you very much. We see you as an incredibly beautiful Being already, and we wish you to see that – with the power of authenticity – too. And don’t forget to enjoy the journey!

Look at the birdies, look at the LIFE!

Birds as one of the freest Beings in the skies are showing you the beauty of living in the moment.

They are showing you full freedom, and what means to go for what you wish for. They are showing you the innocence. And even among them are some with handicaps, especially if you take a look at the city ​​pigeons. But still they are living all of the above - beauty, freedom and innocence of life. Those ‘special ones’ are showing you that even life with a handicap is THE LIFE.

The birds are showing you how simple it is to take what you need - just look at them walking in the grass and picking the crumbs! Living in flocks, they are showing you the connections without the chains. 

They are showing you the love for life without preconditions. They are showing you THE LIFE. We ask to you take a look at it. Look at the birdies, dear One, look at the Life.

Density and lightness – it’s time for some shadow-work!

Yep, we know - living on Earth can sometimes feel a bit too dense. To some of you even more often than not but we assure you that when you will take a look back from your ‘Home-again-Soul’ perspective you will see that that was not the case, and that the periods of lightness played the bigger part also on the Earthly plane.

Still, we are aware that when in pain, being emotional, physical, mental…, it is hard to even imagine how the step into the lightness would be possible. But we invite you to trust us when we say that it is!

Also Lena – a Being who is transcribing our messages to and for you – had incredibly hard times, especially after her beloved husband transitioned. But we kept sending her the messages to increase her vibration which got her to move from the place of density to the place of lightness.

Trust us also when we tell you that if you don’t work on that, unfortunately nothing external will get you this shift or at least it won’t get you the long(er) lasting shift.
We also know – as Humans ourselves in another human era –, that the density within you as Human Being is something that you prefer not to touch until (again, this goes most of you but not all) you reach the tipping point or the peak, some sort of a personal breakdown. But we invite you to look at this which feels so dense within as a shadow – a shadow which is accompanying you if you like it or not, because that is just how the shadows are. Now, you can try looking or even running away, but having in mind just basic physics – that won’t work even for a split second, don’t you agree?

What can be done though is to look at your shadow; to look at it fearlessly because that is all there is – just a shadow. For those wondering how you can do that, we can share one simple example. Go to your mirror and look in the face you see looking at you. Look in that face’s eyes and take a deep look.

 If you sense any judgment (or any other sensation) appearing, note it. Ask the judgment (or any other sensation) what is it trying to tell you. If it came forward it must have a message, so do listen. Pay attention and respect by listening to the message.

Then respond to the message. Don’t think too long about it, just respond to it naturally. You can speak out loud. (If you catch yourself being judgmental also on speaking with the face in the mirror out loud, just thank that thought of judgment, and release it into the space with the focus on highest good for you – that is having this conversation out loud.) After responding to the message from the mirror, listen for another response coming from it. Continue as long as you feel like it and do notice the power of this communication and its transparency. 

Anchor them by repeating the key messages and take time to release any pain that might come along. We will repeat this: release the pain(s)!

It may be hurtful when doing the job but we promise you that releasing the pain (and probably tears) will lead you from that feeling of density to the state of Lightness. Because you already are a Being of Light, you just need to fully step into the feeling of it. And to be fully transparent here also ourselves - only journeying thru the experiences of density will bring you there. Without that you would not need a human experience, you see? And let us also remind you that as a Soul you have bravely and even playfully jumped into that, so we encourage you to bravely continue this path on the Earth plane, where the shadows are humans’ life-long companions. We are with you, as are your Guides.
